Alan Bradbury - Electric and Acoustic Guitars A prolific composer Alan is always writing new melodies with interesting chord arrangements. Detroit Blues/Rock Roots flavored by years in the western United States and Hawaii have inspired many musical compositions favoring grooves with inspirational melodies. As a young guitarist Alan played with some of Detroit's most influential and original recording artists who encouraged musical composition as a form of self expression. |
||||||||
Alan developed as an an electric guitarist, however, a chance encounter with noted guitarist John Renbourn of Pentangle led to several late night jam sessions which sparked a change in musical direction and a true appreciation for the Acoustic Guitar. Moving west Alan played the Colorado ski resort circuit during winter months while working summers as a landscape designer and certified arborist, developing parks and botanical gardens in both Colorado and Hawaii. This combination of music and nature is readily apparent in his songs. Alan currently resides in both Colorado and Hawaii. |
